  • Position rotation every 12 to 16 months provides a broad understanding of the importance of finance and operations to a successful retail company
  • Responsible for developing financial plans, motivating performance against plans and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
  • Collaborate on key corporate initiatives with executives from throughout the company
