RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange or credit your timely return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise when it is presented in salable condition with the original vendor packaging and tags. We cannot exchange or credit gourmet, altered, customized or personalized items. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
To return merchandise purchased at a Lord & Taylor store
Please save your receipt. If you wish to exchange or return a purchase, your receipt will make it faster to receive credit.
In most instances, we can verify purchases made on a store account or third-party charge account with our receipt lookup system.
For purchases paid by check, a store credit will be issued if return is within 10 days of original purchase date.
For gift receipt returns, we will credit your Lord & Taylor account or issue a store credit.
Without a receipt, returns are issued at the lowest selling price as a credit to your Lord & Taylor account or as a store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Merchandise returned after 90 days from the date of sale with or without a receipt will be credited at the lowest selling price as a credit to your Lord & Taylor account or as a store credit. For cash purchases with receipts, a cash refund will be issued within 90 days of date of purchase.
Price adjustments will only be made with a receipt, with the merchandise present and only within 7 days of purchase. Adjustments are not made for coupons or percentage off sales.
Specific merchandise return policies may also apply. We reserve the right to refuse any return. ID may be required.

Exchanges
To exchange your item(s), please indicate the merchandise being returned on the return form and the merchandise you wish to exchange it for on the exchange form included with your delivery. Please use the pre-addressed Return Label to send your package back. Your new merchandise will be shipped out to you as soon as the return is received. You will not be charged outgoing shipping for your exchange. If you wish to have your items shipped prior to the return arriving in the warehouse, you can e-mail us, or call 1-800-223-7440 any day, any time.
