For your convenience, returns can be made using any of the following methods:

To return merchandise ordered on lordandtaylor.com

Please use the enclosed packing slip and send to:

  • The original packing slip must accompany the return.
  • All returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase.
    Note: If a gift card was used as a method of payment, a Virtual Gift Card will be issued and sent to your e-mail address.
  • A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunded amounts.

Note: If you are returning a gift, you will be issued a Lord & Taylor gift card for the original purchase price less the $6 return shipping fee.

To return merchandise purchased in a Lord & Taylor store

To return merchandise from a Lord & Taylor store, using a documented shipping carrier, please mail to:

  • The original receipt must be included.
  • Document the tracking number for return shipments.
  • The return will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase.

Note: If you are returning a gift, you will be issued a Lord & Taylor gift card for the original purchase price.

In person at any Lord & Taylor store

  • If you have the original packing slip, the return will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase.
  • If the original packing slip does not accompany the return, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest in-store selling
    price within the last 30 days.

Exchanges

To exchange your item(s), please indicate the merchandise being returned on the return form and the merchandise you wish to exchange it for on the exchange form included with your delivery. Please use the pre-addressed UPS Return Label and arrange for a UPS pick-up. Your new merchandise will be shipped out to you as soon as the return is received. You will not be charged for return or outgoing shipping for your exchange. If you wish to have your items shipped prior to the return arriving in the warehouse, you can chat live 8AM-10PM ET Monday-Friday, 9AM-10PM ET Saturday-Sunday with a customer service representative, e-mail us, or call 1-800-223-7440 any day, any time.
