Delivery on all orders is guaranteed within 5 business days or shipping is free.

 

This guarantee applies to standard shipping only.

Orders placed before 2PM ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day and will be received within 5 business days. Orders placed after 2PM ET on Friday, anytime on Saturday or Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day and will be received within 5 business days of the following business day.

Exceptions

Alaska and Hawaii destinations can be shipped via Expedited Options only; standard delivery service is not available to these destinations.

Shipping to a P.O. Box is not permitted.

Fragrances and Toner: Federal air safety regulations prevent the shipment of fragrances and toner via air due to their alcohol content. Please choose Standard Delivery for shipment of these items. Fragrances and toner can only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.

Gift Cards

If ordered by themselves, Gift Card delivery is free. If part of a larger order, your Gift Card will be included in the box with your other items.

Virtual Gift Cards

To send your Virtual Gift Card today, your order must be placed before 3PM ET (12 pm ET on Sunday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day, pending credit authorization.

Virtual Gift Card purchases made on a holiday will be processed and sent on the next business day.

Virtual Gift Cards do not expire.

Delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Virtual Gift Cards received in error are subject to cancellation.
