Return Policy

We strive for you to be delighted with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer returns within 30 days of the shipping date in exchange for the full amount of the purchase price of the item minus a minor return shipping cost of $9.95. After 30 days from the shipping date, all sales are final. Shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable.

For Special Occasion Apparel, the return period is 14 days from the shipping date. After 14 days, Special Occasion Apparel sales are considered final. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Please note that some of our apparel items come with a return tag attached. If the tape/tag is tampered or removed, the product will be deemed non-returnable and will not be refunded. 
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags when provided and should be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on footwear, please take care to avoid marking the soles.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items may only be returned with hygiene seals intact and in unopened, undamaged product packaging.
  • Jewelry must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging and documentation.
  • Items labelled “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
  • Gift orders may be returned for merchandise credit issued to the gift recipient so long as the requirements under this Policy are met.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be processed immediately to your original form of payment. Please note that refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.

To initiate a return, please click here with your original order number and the items you wish to return.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label via email will be available for you. Place item(s) to be returned, along with the original packing slip receipt, in secure packaging. Print the prepaid return shipping label(s), attach it to the package(s) and send it back to us and/or our brand partners.

Once received in the warehouse, if it meets the requirements under this Policy, it will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and a refund will be issued. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed or if we need additional information to process your return.
